Kathleen dedicated her life, professionally and as a volunteer to preserving open space and nature. When we co-chaired the West Milford Open Space Committee she was a passionate and powerful source of good for our town. The Apshawa Preserve was a place she loved, cared for and lived near to. Please honor her memory and tireless dedication to West Milford and Passaic County Open space by renaming this park in honor of Kathleen! Don Weise

West Milford lost a true friend and protector...a great visionary, and beautiful soul. People for generations will enjoy the land she protected. It was an honor just to know her, but an incredible privilege to work with her, and to see the fruit of her labor not wasted. God bless her.
