I like many other Taylor Wimpey shareholders are sick and tired of seeing our assets in this company depressed week after week, month after month. Only this week we have seen the market value of this company fall well below £1 billion pounds, and almost to 50% of the reported net asset value of December 2009. I, and many others, feel that it is time that the Group Chief Executive (Peter Redfern) invests a significant amount of his post tax earnings from this past year in Taylor Wimpey shares. The shareholders have been good enough to heavily subscribe to last years open offer, and support the board and it's pay at the recent AGM. I think it's time the Group Chief Executive shows the markets that he also has confidence in the immidiate future of this fantastic company. If the Group Chief Executive is unwilling to show this confidence in Taylor Wimpey, then we request he makes way for someone who will.
