I am for the bill to ban the sales of puppy mill dogs at local pet stores. It's a move in the right direction

All pet shops in Clark County and/Nevada should only be allowed to sell rescue animals. They should also be required to have them fixed and all shots before selling them. The "Honor system" is not working.

I believe that all pet stores that would like to sell animals only sell animals from rescues and shelters. The ones that need the TLC! I believe that they should have to go through strict paper work to do so and someone has to come in at random without telling them and bring a vet with them and assess the animals that way all are healthy and happy and can find their forever homes! I HATE puppy mills or mills of any animal kind that risk the animals life and make them miserable and sad and ill! I do not think any of that should be tolerated and any that do it they are banned to have animals,fined, and have jail time! And fine I mean HEAVY fine!
