This is a petition for local pet authorities to investigate into the welfare of pets kept by Miss Amy Wheeler of 4 Westbridge Cottages Tavistock Devon. Information freely given by herself on the local pets for sale page on Facebook.
Miss Wheeler has repeatedly bought & sold animals on a regular basis, all of which have been sold for profit & animals received in unhealthy non vaccinated state.
She is currently advertising a Jack Russell puppy for sale which we are very concerned about.
