I indicate support for the expansion of the published list of sports (see http://pesubstitution.webs.com/pesubstitutionlist.htm) and expansion of each high school principal's authority to approve sports that are allowed for 2nd year PE Substitution in the Sequoia Union High School District to include club sports and any other group or individual sport, whether or not offered at the district high schools, that improves the health of students, consists of at least 5 hours per week of physical activity, and otherwise meets the requirements of the PE Credit Substitution Policy (academically eligible, apply on time, agree to submit attendance sheets, etc.).

By signing this petition, I am certifying that I reside in the SUHS District or am a student/parent of the SUHS District and am asking that my name be counted in a petition to the Sequoia Union High School District Board of Trustees and the District Superintendent.

Indico el apoyo a la ampliación de la lista publicada de los deportes (ver http://pesubstitution.webs.com/pesubstitutionlist.htm ) y la expansión de la autoridad de cada director de escuela secundaria para aprobar los deportes que se permiten para el año segundo de sustitución PE en el distrito de Sequoia de Escuelas Secundarias para incluir clubes deportivos y cualquier otro grupo o deporte individual, que sea ofrecido o no en el distrito de la secundaria, que mejora la salud de los estudiantes, se compone de al menos 5 horas semanales de actividad física, y, además, cumple los requisitos de la política de sustitución de PE de crédito (académicamente elegible, se aplican a tiempo, acuerdan emitir comprobantes de asistencia, etc.)

Al firmar esta petición, yo estoy certificando que resido en el Distrito SUHS o soy un estudiante / padre del Distrito SUHS y pido que mi nombre sea contado en una petición a la Sequoia Union High School Mesa Directiva del Distrito de Administración y el Superintendente del Distrito.
