We the small merchants of the United States, in order to form a more perfect mobile commerce network, establish a free exchange, insure social discovery, support local social good, provide for the common “buy local” defense, promote the general welfare for shoppers, and secure the blessings of prosperity to ourselves and our patrons, do ordain and establish Perximity! for the United States of America.

Article I: All mobile transactions for all small retail merchants - transaction settlement, publishing and redeeming mobile offers, distributing rebates - are now and for evermore FREE through Perximity!

Article II: All interchange fees, mobile ad expenses and rebate distribution as entered into through other competitor's contracts shall be invalid and void through Perximity!

Article III: Small merchants must join in area clusters to form a more perfect union of local merchant networks that attract the purchasing power of patrons in their area.

Article IV: Full faith and credit shall be given in each small merchant offer through Perks to every other small merchant member.

Article V: The ratification of the terms of this declaration by a concentration of local small merchant retailers' signatures shall create the mandate to realize the distribution of Perximity! through iOS and Android in the near future.

By signing this petition, you are stating that you - a small retail merchant - are in support of a mobile payment and advertising product, Perximity!, that will be FREE for small retail merchant use.
