I think the residents of Perth East must seriously evaluate the elected officials and their fiduciary responsibilities. There appears to be something other than the best interests of the citizens influencing the council members.
This must be dealt with and/or compromised members removed.

This is more than a stupid bylaw, this pokes deep into the rights of landowners that elected people should be holding in high regard. We cannot allow our rights to be further eroded . You made a mistake fix it.
