Perth East I think this is over stepping there rights. As tax payers we should have some say as to who comes on our property, it is not public property

I am a South Easthope resident. Under NO circumstances in ANY situation does the council have the authority to bring in a by-law such as this one without the consent of the people. The government in a democratic society has no right to enter private property at any time they please... Unless there is a warrant to do so or grave danger to human life. If any council or government persons enter private property without the proper paperwork, they should face trespassing charges like every one else would. This is WAY overstepping their rights to make such a by-law with only the consent of a few council members with absolutely NO authority to make this law.....
