With the road tax disc becoming a thing of the past, how about removing the restrictions on personal registration number plates to allow any number to be allowed no matter what age the vehicle, currently there is discrimination as to not being able to make the vehicle appear newer than it actually is, however a significant amount of money is made from the sale of these numbers and the regulations are out dated as the date first registered appears in the log book.
