With the Persona 3 movies finished and Persona 5 available worldwide, I believe it is time for the forgotten protagonist of "Persona 3 Portable" to receive her anime debut.

For this who don't know, Minako Arisato (or Kotone Shiomi in the Stage production) was exclusive the PSP port of Persona 3. She and Theodore were introduced in this game and yet Theodore was included in the spin-off "Persona Q: Shadow of the Labrynth". I believe both of them deserve a chance in the anime spotlight, give them their own OVA, it doesn't matter to me.
