The state of Oregon's Public Employee Retirement Fund has $1 million invested in the Geo Group. The Geo Group is the private for-profit prison contractor running the Northwest ICE detention facility in Tacoma. They also transport all detainees from Portland to that facility. We are Oregon voters who do not support ICE''s unconstitutional and violent tactics. We value civil rights and the rule of law over profit. Blood money has no place in our bank accounts. We demand divestment now.
