There must be a reasonable solution to lower the cost of sewage and water while balancing the cost of maintaining pumps, piping, facilities, infrastructure, etc.

Perryville is an important part of KY and United States history. We are a town of neighbors and friends given to hospitality toward strangers. After 200 plus years it would be the most terrible of tragedies for our town to die because of water and sewer bills.

I just moved to Junction City, My water bill is $206 I thought moving back from California with only lot rent of $175 owning the mobile home it was gonna be so much cheaper than renting. My electric & water total around $450 alone! It is crazy we don't use much of neither but it is still outrageous our first month.

The water is not fit to drink! It is like drinking bleach! The water is over chlorinated. The sewage bill is extremely high. We are charged sewage for every drop of water regardless if it is going down the drain or toilet.

many many small communities in kentucky have this same problem..who would want to move there or start buisness there as any effort would fail..many who live there cant for long❣

Perryville is a beautiful and safe little town. It really has that Mayberry feel. So sad that this town is only 10 minutes outside of Danville and folks cannot afford to live in this area due to such high water service rates. I certainly hope that his problem can be resolved very soon.
