Do help our young generation survive in this challenging world. They cannot practice their pharmacy knowledge without having their PRP training.

I noticed that recently, more public hospitals were added into the list for PRP training. But, why there is still no interview being held? What is the purpose of adding those premises into the list?

Other than the fact that most of us graduates have more than RM 90 thousand in PTPTN loan for our degree to pay off, we are really eager to put into practice what we have learned throughout our 4 years of study in the university. Most of us have already wasted 1 year not being able to apply the knowledge acquired. We are slowly and surely forgetting what we have learned previously and this is a serious issue. Please stop wasting our time and stop making us think that our decision to pursue a degree in pharmacy 5 years ago a mistake. I don't believe that that is a mistake but if this goes on any longer, us not being able to apply our knowledge, I cannot guarantee that I will not begin to think that my degree in pharmacy is a mistake. Thank you.

It has been almost a year since I completed my bachelor in pharmacy yet I'm still jobless. I know there are many openings in private hospitals and community pharmacies but I prefer working in government. I believe working in government is more advantageous to me in widening my knowledge. In previous batches there's no one failed in the interview. Starting this year they begin a new system of lantikan tetap, simpanan and gagal. I wish government can just accept all of us and give a job oppurtinity to us. The longer we wait, the number of graduates are increasing.

Please provide placements for these graduates. They have spent the same amount of years studying, just as we have. Just imagine if any one of us didn't have a job- that massacre. It's time the government looked at performance-based retention in the government sector itself. Provide jobs to those who really want it, need it and will excel in it. Give them a chance, give them a platform to shine. Give each and every one of them their mandatory placements in the government setting.

Government must help these graduates who work so hard and spent so much money to complete their studies by providing places for them to undergo training.
