For a Presentation Communication class we are doing a persuasive presentation and are using a petition as our "call to action". We purpose that the permit age in Kentucky be lowered to 15 and 1/2 and chane the permit length to a full year. This will give the new driver more expeirence on the road with an adult before going by themselves and give them more time to fill out all their driving hours. Our second proposition is to make the test the gain your restricted more extensive then the basic turns and parking. Possibly an actual driving course could be involved in this test.
