Over the last 2 years, illegal camping and homelessness has increased at St. Leonards Dog Park. The amount of vehicles, litter and anti-social incidents have risen dramatically due to this trend. Despite multiple interactions with Launceston City Council from members of the St. Leonards community to permanently address the problem, minimal action has been taken to date and the issue has largely fallen on deaf ears. This petition has been created to bring attention to the ever-increasing levels of community concern and to help bring about a permanent solution to this issue.
