This has gone on long enough. Each time there is a landslide it's like water - the deluge of rocks finds an unprotected exit on to the main road. Enough is enough.

This A83 is the artery of West Coast livelihood. It really needs a better solution.

millions wasted on nets that don't hold back mud and slurry. Its time a tunnel was considered or at least half concrete overhangs on the road similar to continental landslide problems..

They knew about the road back in the 60 s but they DO need to do something other than just trying to hold it all in place ... Dynamite......
