For LAHSA staff who have typically been office-based, there is no safer working condition now than working from home full-time, especially when COVID cases are currently surging in California and across the country.

I fully support this and urge that we also reconsider bringing back alternative work schedules for all employees. Both options are essential in improving our work life balance and allows for us to sustain the mental health and wellness that is necessary for our Worker’s to continue providing such invaluable services to our communities!
