Rick Riordan has created action packed books in his Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. They were too much information to contain in only a 2-hour movie. This resulted in the movies having a completely different story line than the book. A TV Show would result in a much more efficient approach. 1 Season = 1 Book, 1 Chapter = 1 Episode. This makes 5 Seasons, with 20-25 40-minute episodes. If the Percy Jackson and the Olympians are a success, then Heroes of Olympus could be the spin-off/sequel. The idea belongs to a Tumblr blog.
