not only will the reopening bring in much needed jobs within the community but will benefit all business's in the area. It is a focal point for all ages providing a place I which all age groups can come together! Itust reopen!!!

otterburn is lacking soul and a sense of community that other local villages like West Woodburn and Bellingham have. Bringing the Percy Arms back would give the village a heart and create much needed local jobs for local people. Young people particularly need local opportunities. We desperately need the Percy back.

This village needs its local pub/hotel back it has been the heart and sole of otterburn for over a century and the community it lost with out. We are loosing to many things in the rural community we need to stand and fight back ! It's a shame and very sad that people who live in the community can't support it and very sad even more that they don't want it
