There is such a huge gap between the upper class and everyone else in America that it's time to change that. Hourly pay is now outdated. The way to fix this problem is to go to a percentage based pay system. It will work somewhat similar to the hourly pay system we currently have where the more skilled, the more pay. But it can close the gap. The more money the CEO makes the more money we the people make.
