We are writing to bring your attention to a proposed rezoning (By-law Z-222) that could significantly impact our community. People’s Park Tower has applied to rezone land (PIDs 70638184 & 70638192) from Suburban Commercial (SC) to Multiple Unit Dwelling (R3) to build a 6-story, 65-unit apartment building – see attached plans

Many of us have concerns regarding the scale of this project, increased traffic, and the shift in neighborhood character. We are looking to unite as a neighborhood to voice our opposition before the City Council.
