1) File lawsuits against activist judges who have overruled the will of "we the people" in order to legalize same sex marriage.

2) Require the said judges who claim the marriage protection amendment unconstitutional to prove their belief to be true by revealing constitutional proof to support same sex marriage.

3) If this lawsuits prove successful, we willrequire said judges to resign, and offer an apology to the American people for violating their authority.

4) If these judges refuse to step down, we shall charge them with treason for violating their oath to the Constitution of the United States of America

5) Said judges will be barred from public service at any level of government
