A corporation as big as Penske could be a little nicer to its employees. Penske Automotive decided to cut wages, cut bonuses, cut holidays, cut guarantee time for mechanics and turn around and send a mass email to employees saying that Penske Profits rose 10% to 3 Billion. What a great way to display your gratitude to your dedicated employees. What we are asking is that we get fair wages, and paid vacation time to spend with our families.
