Hello This a petition express our disgust at the council placement of a convicted sex offender & paedophile in Pennyroyal Crescent, Witham. (see link for fuly story)
There are many young families in Pennyroyal & surrounding roads. There's a also a park in the next road where chidren play daily. Why should their freedom be taken away? It shouldn't. Please sign this petition & tell EVERYONE you know. We need to let Braintree council know we'll not stand for this. With everyone standing up & shouting, maybe we'll make a change & ensure these social pariahs are not placed in family society.

Reaching this level of support confirms that I am not alone in my anger regarding this placement. It is exhausting to fight these battles while watching over our neighborhood but seeing your names pile up gives me the resolve to keep pushing forward.

Disgraceful! I live two streets over and this makes me feel sick. Keep our kids safe!
What were the council thinking? absolutely mad to put him there with the park so close by.
my kids play at that park every single day. i shouldnt have to worry about this on my own doorstep. move him out now
Braintree council needs to wake up and start listening to the residents. Pennyroyal is a family area not a dumping ground.
