This one's a no brainer, and should have been in place in the early nineteenth century.

There is NO reason for lobbyists to give or lawmakers accept gifts EXCEPT to buy legislation benefiting interested parties. IT MUST BE STOPPED NOW.

With the salaries they get and with the raises they give themselves, they can certainly afford to pay their own way!

As a state government employee, I cannot accept any gifts. Lawmakers must be held to that the same standard, no exceptions.

no more gifts, bribes, contributions, lies, deceit, betrayal, etc from ANY of you. Mr. Corbett has trashed PA while lining his own pockets nicely...and it's all public record. A pile of cat feces could have done a better job.

It's sad that we have to seek legislation that keeps our paid lawmakers from accepting gifts of any kind. There is ALWAYS the appearance of impropriety when you take gifts as an elected legislator. Just say "no" and attend to the job we elected you to do.
