Builders are literally harrassing the flat owners by not paying the amount to NA due to which flat owners are not able to register their flats. Mr. C.M, please interfere and put pressure on the builder and don't increase the stamp duty or circle rate.

I am one of the affected person as registry of my Prateek Laurel flat is also pending because of dispute between Prateen Laurel and Noldak Authority. I have already submitted my signeous stamp paper to builder and waiting for registry date from last 4 months.

I submitted everything in Dec and paid money. Being NRI, i can't plan my leave for registry as there are so many uncertainties about the registry process. It is shameful and I doubt I will ever invest or suggest any friend to invest in Noida esp. with prateek.

Clueless about when will registry happen. 2 months of submission of estamp but no action. Fooled by both authority and builder. Some sublease signed by these parties related to buyer registries. Who authorised them to do so?
