Given a job she was not qualified to handle. We would wait hours to receive our meals...which would be burnt, raw and flavorless.

"I have friends on both sides of this issue, and they all have valid points. As far as replacing the general manager, Suzanne has been a very hard worker and tried to make positive changes, however, she really had no experience in resort management which requires a lot more than hard work and some changes in activities. She was brought up from the "snack shack" to take on responsibilities that she was not trained for. This was unfair to her and costly to us. The losses on the restaurant alone were staggering. Our own board president commented that "We can't go on like this."

"Special Assessments", employee turnover, lost patronage, a failing restaurant, no plan for the future, over charges to homeowners for minimal representation, and too many people with no gumption for change. Suzanne isn't the only one who needs to go. So does the Association. Sad really what this community has become due to petty politics, greed and incompetence.

Way over due! Pendaries will continue to decline if the current management isn't removed immediately. The restaurant is never open and if it is, you will wish you had gone somewhere else. Sense of community is gone. I will not return to Pendaries as long as the current management is still there.

Suzanne is not qualified to be a manager and the resort's financial losses and personnel turn over work reflect her inability as a manager .

This petition is not directed exclusively to Pendaries owners and, as usual, is the device of people that want to control but have no positive solutions to community challenges. Is this an angry effort to smear Pendaries and to eliminate professional management and the will of the majority? Yes.

Been trying for two summers to get GM to remove road base that is piling up on our driveway. No luck. Patrick finally agreed, then Suzanne fired him.

We love Pendaries! We would eat in Pandaries all the time if there was better management and the food quality was improved.

Pendaries needs a leader who knows how to treat employees. She is not qualified to be a GM.

Previous employee terminated by her when her husband wanted to over ride my direct supervisors instruction. It upset her that I followed my bosses orders and not her spouse's. She released my employment for "insubordination". Absolutely false!!

This action is long overdue. The current GM has proven not to be qualified, adequately trained, or otherwise suited for this position.
