He needs to be mentally evaluated

I am a victim of a stalker. I was stalked for 3 years by an unknown man. It was terrifying. After reading Timothy Holmseth's website it became clear that he is a fraud who has mental issues. I didn't know the lengths to which he had gone to harrass and stalk others but now that I do it is quite clear this man should be locked up so he cannot harm anyone else. No one should live in the fear I did everyday.

He needs a good psychologist to unravel his madness

Marge, you obviously are naive when it comes to knowing how the legal system works. Up until recently, Holmseth has managed to violate civil torts for which he has been on the receiving end of Two orders of protection due to his being designated as a stalker. He has been arrested and jailed for violating one of these orders. He constantly lies about people and when law enforcement is contacted, their response thus far is to get a lawyer and get a restraining order against him. Holmseth is broke and has no assets that would make the costly alternative of suing him for damages. The best anyone can hope for is to file the various restrain orders and orders of protection to get him to remove the defamatory materials from the internet or at least redact those he has defamed. I suggest you do your own research and wise up to who you are defending. MURT

I think he is telling the truth and the ones in his sights are scared of his unveiling the truth about them. It has not been taken down because it is actual words and letters from people threatening him to stop. If any of his allegations are false so many people would have had him jailed by now. Obviously there's reasons to believe he may be telling the truth.
