Dear Pearl Jam members and management,

We, the Pearl Jam fans of Finland, would kindly request your presence for a gig where you would play songs from your entire back catalogue along with whatever other songs you guys would like to play.

In our humble opinion, it has been too long since you graced our shores and, all the while, we have only grown in our devotion for you. The last time that you played here (as Pearl Jam) was way back in 1993.

Many of us have trekked across Europe and even further afield in hope of catching a show with you guys live and personal. Surely, the time has come when you could really consider doing a dedicated 'one night only' show, like you have done in so many other countries, for us dedicated fans of yours in our home country.

While our request may sound selfish, the simple truth remains: it has been too long for us to say that Finland is ignored while rock'n'roll greats like U2, Metallica, Bruce Springsteen, Muse, AC/DC, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, the Foo Fighters and many more have played gigs here to sell-out audiences while you have not.

Playing in Stockholm is not enough! We are Finns! We want to hear Eddie speak Finnish at a gig! We want to show you guys how much you mean to us! We want to fill a football stadium with our noise Come to Finland and treat us Finns to an experience we will never forget!
