At this point in time, adjustable systems/LED boards are no longer an "option" in gyms. They are very much an integrated part of most training programs as they provide a way to use benchmarking to truly understand where we are and what we need to work on. These tools have now surpassed hangboards and campus boards in their effectiveness in training and like having autobelays and yoga classes they are something. people look for when joining a gym With TRC not having their TENSION board set up properly this would be a huge selling point for potential members in the Richmond VA area.

Hangboarding? More like hangBORING. We need a moonboard to get me those fingers of steel
