Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council Members, People nationwide have had experienced the worst tragedy in Sandy Hook Elementary, last Friday December 14, 2012. How can we imagine that 20 children, 7 adults and shooter himself were killed in school? The condolences and the support to prevent such disaster from occurring are not enough to white out the nightmares happening for the people countrywide, especially the children. Not tonight, not tomorrow, but all their lives will suffer under the haunted nightmare. Yes, sure it is! It is like the Communist's Victims. 37 years ago are not enough time to fate the past night mare when they were in the combat fields, in the hell jails, under the oppressive nature of the Communist government. Many of them, night by night, still wake up by the bad dreams that they were in the jails! These scenarios happened not only for the Vietnamese communities, but to the Americans' Vietnam Veterans, when they suddenly see the Red flag of Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV)! No money can litigate their wounded. Therefore, please do not welcome the official visits of SRV.
