This is absolutely sick. My heart breaks for you and your family. There should be no time limit on justice for something this horrific.
The law is failing victims. 7 years is nothing when a life is taken. Keep fighting.
DNA is DNA. It shouldnt matter how much time has passed. This guy needs to stay behind bars for the rest of his pathetic life.
OMG how can this happen in our country?? literal monsters walking free. absolutely disgusting.
justice for mandy!! things have to change so this stops happening to innocent kids.

Totally unfair. Plea deals like this are a slap in the face to victims families. Laws need updating asap.
