The scale of this response is sufficient to move the conversation forward with the development team. I am currently drafting a formal proposal detailing specific community requests for new content. Expect an update once the direct line of communication is established.

The Heist truly deserves it. Nearing 2000 hours myself and not planning on stopping, it's still the best co-op time around. The only Payday I keep on my pc.
almost 1000 hours on that game, i loved it and a new dlc will make me play it again
New PD:TH DLC or I am gonna be sad

This game is a good shooter! Solid FPS and teamplay, worth being polished and finished with little extra content to make it a classic.
