Scrubs Lane Limited proposes the demolition of the existing Pentecostal City Mission Church building and structures for the redevelopment of the site.

The site is currently home to an early-years Nursery, Music tuition, Educational classes for children and adults, Youth club and is used as a place of worship. A total of 500 + members use the services in this building and it is an essential resource to the community. Losing this service will not only be detrimental to the community yet also to the staff and volunteers who work here on a daily basis.

The newly proposed building will be for a mixed-use development comprising of a basement and 19 storeys in height to provide 83 residential units, a nursery, retail/restaurant unit and place of worship/community use; shared with circulation space, disabled car parking, cycle parking, plant and associated works.

Having seen what the developer is proposing, please sign this petition to support the redevelopment of the site and the inclusion of it's existing services in the new building.
