Shoulders are not distracting. It gets hot. It's hard to stay cool when having to wear shoulder-covering clothing.

Why do we have this rule? This just encourages people that women have to conform to societies standards and rules, or else we as women or people in general will offend a certain group of people. I thought this this school was supposed to be all accepting of everyone, no matter what they wear....
