I have finished compiling the list of recurring performance issues reported in the comments to include in a formal letter to Activision support. Next, I am drafting a direct correspondence to their public relations department to address why this content remains behind a paywall despite the ongoing instability for PC players. I will provide a status report once I receive a formal acknowledgement of these complaints.

My frames drop like crazy every time i play jungle. way to treat the community like dirt.
total bs. console players dont have half the problems we do. fix the game first then think about asking for money for maps.
never buying cod on pc again after this mess. fix it already.
seriously activision? i paid full price for a game that barely works. giving us the dlc for free is the least you can do at this point
STILL WAITING ON A PATCH. dont buy more maps until they fix the base game! so tired of getting ripped off.

The lag on pc is honestly a joke. bought this at launch and still cant even get through a full match without crashing.
