We are the owners of Villa No. 2 and wish to be part of the group that is filing a joint claim to receive ownership documents for our house against the Lexinton company

I demand my Koçan Title Deeds without further delay or excuses. I have paid all purchase payments accordingly to my purchase contract. I will not pay any additional charges stated by Lexington Developments or Nadav Fridman but, will pay accordingly to my original purchase contract. 17 YEARS I HAVE WAITED FOR MY TITLE DEEDS. It is illegal and disgusting that I am denied my "Ownership" Title Deeds after so many years and have paid all my purchase payments accordingly to my purchase contract of 2006. Please GIVE ME MY KOÇAN TITLE DEEDS WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. Neale Wackett 10th November 2023.
