I've never heard of such an ignorant law in all my days, dogs bark it's how they speak... Give back those dogs and make the person who complained pay for all municipal cost. Stupid!

Dogs bark, especially if they feel threatened. I'm not crazy about little kids running around the neighborhood screaming and yelling, but I accept that's just what they do. Dogs bark, that's what they do.
