If the dogs are well cared for and up to date on vaccines along with being spayed/neutered then there,is no reason to remove the dogs for barking...dogs bark that's thier voice...that is like taking a small child from a home because the child is talking it is just as ludicrous and there is no call for it..barking is a dogs way of getting attention they talk with thier bark...surely this is not the whole story something else has to be going on u don't euthanise dogs for barking..
