It's called 'Life' kids scream & cry, dogs bark, birds chirp & sing. People are intolerant & complain. It doesn't merit taking away or euthanizing someone's pet.

Hey, dogs bark, it's a no brainer. Another excuse to euthanize. I'm so sick of lame reasons for removing dogs from their homes as an excuse to euthanize.

I totally agree that these pets be returned to their owners. Dogs bark, that's a natural thing for them. Solution - the owners need to put bark collars on them.

Ducks quack, cats meow, children yell.....get the picture. Let me ask that is, we're the dogs barking for a period of time? Did the neighbors ask them to do something about it? Instead of KILLING, try to find a solution. Just saying, murder doesn't solve issues. It creates larger ones.

Dogs bark, that is one of the ways they communicate. Lets EU all the humans who yell or make noise. This is ridiculous. If the dogs are barking after 10pm, and not inside of the house, fine the owner. The dogs have done nothing wrong. We need nationwide reform on animal laws!
