can they put neighbors down for being butt heads? leave these babies alone.. this is a bad law

My dogs bark at neighbors didn't know it was a crime

Barking is a dogs job when someone or something passes by. Then they don't bark when the person passes. It is an alarm to let you know of a possible threat. If they were barking for no reason that is different which is usually never. I had a neighbor who enticed my dogs to bark just to annoy me and even sprayed my dog while she called the cops to hear him bark while spraying him. of course the police could not see the spray can or the cloud of poison in my yard. I would advise these poor victims to try and get there dog back and move to a peaceful place bc it will only get worse. You have a rotten neighbor.

How dare someone take away her dogs like that, dogs are family and and are allowed to be dogs and bark and protect their homes. This is so sad, what is this world coming to?

This is getting unreal...two pets "arrested" for barking...give me a break. If I were their owners I'd be suing the pants off this county.

What a dumb law

"Scaring" someone being cause for euthanasia is as logical as catching a butterfly to end world poverty. It just makes no sense. Some people are afraid of all dogs, without even having incurred trauma due to a dog. That's not fair. Dogs bark for many reasons, excitement, fear, happiness, playfulness, territory... just because they are vocal doesn't make them a threat. Return these dogs to their home. The public outcry has reached a point where your position of authority will come to an end quickly if you do not. It's only logical to return the pets.

This is wrong on every level. Dogs bark by nature as a way to communicate with us. It would be like putting you on death row for talking. Wake up St. Lucie. I liked to visit there, but never again if this isn't changed.

This is ridiculous. People talk, babies cry, children are boisterous, and dogs bark. Worry about important things.

THIS IS WRONG...Please have mercy on these beautiful dogs...DO NOT MURDER THEM....please return them to their owners...People who are willing to take care, love and nurture these beautiful animals are hard to find...so many evil humans killing and you want to murder these dogs for just being dogs!!! PLEASE HAVE MERCY...do not kill them....give them a chance...the neighbor needs to be cited for animal cruelty knowing these animals would be murdered....FLORIDA...change your laws or should the people boycott Florida tourism to stop this cruelty?

neighbor's should be able to work things out, not kill animals.Sure would not want you in my neighborhood.

Do not kill innocent dogs for being dogs. It's like euthanizing a human for talking. Dogs bark, that's what dogs do.

my dogs are incessant barkers. If anyone tried to take them or do harm to them I would surely lose my mind. Dogs bark, get over it!!! There is always another answer death is out of the question!! Talk about punishment not fitting the crime! Cmon!!
