Two Port St. Lucie dogs impounded for barking at neighbor, could be euthanized

The dogs didn't harm any one. So they barked. That's how dog speak. These dogs should be returned to their family at once.

For Barking? Barking? I've been more scared of people at Walmart then a dog barking at me. They are doing their job, alerting and notifying their family.
