Two Port St. Lucie dogs impounded for barking at neighbor, could be euthanized

That is just ridiculous!

Please give these dogs back to their owners. Dogs bark. They should not be punished for a natural behavior. That would be the equivalent of sentencing a person to death for yelling at someone else. This is rediculous!

You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting dogs down for barking ! That's their job !!!

This is absurd. Only in Florida does moronic law take precident over common sense. Require obedience training perhaps- but leave the dogs safely at home.

Barking is annoying but last I heard barking didn't endanger or hurt anyone. Please don't euthanize these two who haven't hurt anyone.

Outrageous. The nature of dogs who love their parents or protect their homes is to bark to announce strangers and possible criminals. So Every dog in Port Saint Lucie will be cited as well? The beloved animals need to be freed and returned to their homes.....

Barking is the way dogs communicate. Will you put a kid that is yelling to sleep?!?!?!??! Get real people.

Dogs bark. That's how they communicate. This is awful and ridiculous. Shameful. Won't be going to Florida on my next vacation because it won't be safe to take my dogs. They do bark at times. They are DOGS!!!!!!!!!

This law needs to be repealed. These dogs need to go back home to their family. This was a families property and the dogs were protecting their territory.!
