Two Port St. Lucie dogs impounded for barking at neighbor, could be euthanized

the dogs need more and longer walks to burn off some excess "barking energy" ; it would be a horrendous injustice to murder them for being noisy; if the noise has actually been "legally unreasonable" then the humane redress would be mandatory ( re) training of both the dogs and their owner. to reduce the nuisance barking.

Sinful

Dogs bark. They bark at people approaching their owners, their property...they alert their owners. Barking does not mean they will bite, so euthanizing a dog for barking is cruel and unnecessary. Please save these dogs' lives. Thank you!

What kind of neighbor would call it in knowing it means death to the dogs! Barking? Really. I hope those people have never yelled or got excited in their lifetime. Same thing!

Could it be the neighbor antagonising the dogs or the dogs see neighbor as a threat to others ....dogs can sense these things.

I work for the Humane Society and I save dogs. Port Saint Lucie should be ashamed about even thinking about putting these dogs down.. If dogs were put down for barking we would not have many dogs left. Shame of you Port Lucie.
