1st off....Always...Always...Always...trust a dogs instinct...if your dog doesn't like someone, chances are you should not either. My dog never met our neighbors, a fence separated our yard with their driveway. Our dog never barked at them (he never saw them, but knew they were there or when they were outside.) Although, every time a strange car drove up, our dog would bark up and down the fence line. 2nd, it is animal nature for a dog to bark...so the neighbors in this case are being ridiculous. Please do not put these dogs down...this is totally out of line and should be unlawful.

Return these beautiful dogs to the people that love them. Barking is a dogs way of life, it is how they talk, what if you killed people because they talk? These puppies do not deserve to die.
