That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Dogs bark, cats meow, and people are just cruel.

this is stupid...there is a reason for the dogs behavior......I am almost positive that neighbor has not been nice to them. Dogs are smart and know evil people. We had a similar situation with a neighbor.....and that neighbor was yelling, swearing at my dogs everyday while they were in my house. It took a court date with the police and city attornery.....the neighbors were so proud they had a recording of my dogs barking that lasted 10 minutes.....well guess what about 50 seconds into the recording.....the language and screaming started....case dismissed......so perhaps some one should look into the reason why these dog are behaving this way. Everytime my dogs heard the neighbor after this ......the hair went up and they growled...no need for any thing else to be said........release these dogs

A barking dog wagging his/her tail ... not violent at all. Did the complainers ever speak with the dog owners? There is now a way to quiet down the volume of dogs when barking. You DON'T need to take their lives. ...

Please return these dogs to their owner alive ! Barking is natural to dogs. Just as breathing is natural to humans . Dogs bark to protect their owners home etc. Nothing is aggressive about barking. Do not push them for doing something that's natural !!! And expected behaviour in a species - should. We kill kangaroos because they hop ?

In my opinion, the neighbours are the ones who have the intent to kill. They should be kept away from these dogs.
