The law seems extreme but the story says she is a the foster owner. Give them to a rescue organization who can train them to bark less ( it can be done).

Dogs should never be euthanized for barking. Certainly other measures can be utilized to train them not to bark before such a final, vindictive action be taken.

Dogs bark. That's what they do. Does not mean they are dangerous dogs. My dog barks when people come near my property line. He is just protecting his space. He has never harmed anyone in his life of 9 years. Please do not euthanize these beautiful dogs.

I have neighbors more annoying than barking dogs. I am appalled by such an intention to end their lives. These dogs are not yelling obscenities or insulting others or threatening anyone, so why a death sentence? It's a sad world when we start to hold the neighborhood pets responsible and accountable for societies anger management issues.

Dogs bark! Maybe the neighbors should get to know neighbors instead of fighting with each other! I mean isn't that's why we have dogs, to protect our property! As long as they don't attack anyone and stay on their property, then they should NOT be put to sleep!

Those dogs were just being dogs. Sometimes they bark, scratch, howl at the moon and crap in the yard. Its ridiculous to think that just because these two were barking they can be euthanized. Quit giving in to every whiner in this country. Save those Dogs!

Neighbors are cruel to allow this potential situation.

OMG - this is beyond crazy to me. Dogs bark ... period. So, the potential outcome of this is legalized animal cruelty at the whim of a neighbor who hates dogs? Something is really wrong here. What would now keep anyone from calling about whomever they choose and having their pet killed "because it scared them." People are far scarier than pets, and this entire situation proves it. Too bad this law doesn't apply to picking up those scary people.

The evidence Will not stand up in a public hearing. Your dogs will be coming home. It's sad that it went this far communication must be very weak in your area with law-enforcement.

I can't believe that there is even a possibility that these two dogs are at risk for such a thing....barking....who makes these such ridiculous rules and laws!
