Omg really worry about peoples kids killing other people worry about te next president that we get wtf does a dog do they bark like a cat meows so are they going to kill every cat thag meows or every dog ghat barks. The neighbor should feel ashame

This shouldn't be a case: it's a waste of time for the owner and traumatizing the dogs by keeping them alway from their owner. Is it barking what dogs suppose to do? What is America coming to?
