Dogs bark because they cannot talk like people. Take the time to find out what the dogs are saying to you. Please stop this nonsense and release the dogs back to the owners if they are fit to take care of the dogs. Do not euthanize.

A dog should not be deemed dangerous unless they bite someone. Dogs with bark if someone on the other freaking side is taunting them or they are protecting their territory. It should almost be the neighbors fault. If your outside standing and taunting them or freak out and they are not used to you then yet that does happen. But for this instant it is a big load of bull and they should all take classes on when it considered okay to rudely take animals that are doing their job.

They are dogs for Christs sake! They are going to bark. Some people are just miserable. They belong in a community that bans noise. Where people like them can hate all they want. So sad that they have nothing better to do than to report a dog for barking! Ugh!
