Some laws need to be abolished and this is one of them.

Really because they was barking, thi is truly ridiculous. I cant believe. St lucie county is part of this its a shame those dogs are doing thier job protecting their home and owner by BARKING! Didn't get loose didn't bite a human nor kill another animal, this is truly heart breaking!

If the only thing bad these dogs do is bark how cruel would it be to euthanize them and take away someone's pets. Shame on you!!!!

Dogs bark, no matter what. But to go to these lengths is ridiculous. I wonder if animal control has any empathy for us as the owners of the pets that make up our world or if they care about the animal at all. They're first goal is always euthanization without seeing any option as well.

Aggression is one thing barking is something else. I. Thought st Luce had a rule about barking dogs. A dog would have to bark continuously for a certain length of time. These dogs are someone's family member and if by chance the neighbor is one of those trouble makers then they would be euthanized for absolutely nothing. Animals need us to be their voice.

THESE DOGS HAVE NOT BITTEN ANYONE! WHY THEN ARE THEY TO BE PUT DOWN? IT IS NORMAL FOR A DOG TO BARK AT STRANGERS. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE RUNNING ANIMALS CONTROL? SEEMS TO ME THAT THEIR JUDGEMENT IS TO BE QUESTIONED. AND THEIR OWNER NEEDS TO KEEP THEM INSIDE IF HE OR SHE KNOWS THEY BARK. ANYWAY BOTTOM LINE........IF THEY DOWN THESE DOGS THEN THIS IS A CRUEL AND INSENSITIVE ACT.

You have no right to kill dogs for BARKING. That is like saying you can give someone the death penalty for speaking. Give me a break. Free these dogs, they are obviously friendly and they are young. They have a right to live out their lives. Animal Control isn't suppose to abuse their power.
